I bring backgrounds in real estate valuation and mortgage lending to provide a unique multi-industry perspective on financial planning. Before founding my CPA practice, I spent years analyzing financial statements and risk profiles in the mortgage industry — which gave me a deep understanding of how businesses operate from the inside out.
I founded Timothy LeGendre CPA LLC to help small business owners and startup founders navigate bookkeeping and tax strategy without the overhead of a large firm. Every client works directly with me — not a junior associate, not an offshore bookkeeping team, not an app that auto-categorizes without context. I believe proactive tax planning throughout the year saves far more money than reactive filing in April. I stay current on tax law changes so my clients can focus on running their businesses.
