I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida (individual license #AC62625, firm license #AD72267) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting; I passed all four CPA exams on the first attempt and specialize in tax planning and compliance. Before the license I was a licensed real estate agent (2015) and a licensed loan originator, then spent thousands of hours building valuations, EBITDA worksheets, and pro formas, in one year I valued every listed company on the U.S. stock market, about 3,500 businesses. Five tax seasons in: 1,000+ returns filed and 50,000+ transactions categorized in client books.
